Kathleen Curtis


Kathleen K. Curtis practices in the areas of personal injury, product liability, insurance coverage, professional liability, and construction litigation at Tewksbury & Kerfeld, P.A. Ms. Curtis has handled cases at all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through trial and appeal. She has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions in both state and federal court.  She also serves as a No Fault Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. She has been with the firm since 2009 and became a shareholder in 2017.  Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with a general business law firm, a boutique personal injury and product liability firm, and insurance defense firms.

Ms. Curtis is a magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English Literature and minors in Spanish and Political Science.

Ms. Curtis has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2016.
