Kathleen K. Curtis practices in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and construction litigation at Tewksbury & Kerfeld, P.A. Ms. Curtis has handled cases at all stages of litigation, from initial investigation through appeal. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced with a general business law firm, a boutique personal injury and product liability firm, and insurance defense firms. Ms. Curtis is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. She is a member of the Minnesota Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, American Association for Justice and Minnesota Association for Justice. Ms. Curtis is a magna cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She served as a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review, where she also had an article published. She graduated from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota, magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in English Literature and minors in Spanish and Political Science. Ms. Curtis grew up in Fargo, North Dakota. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy at their South Minneapolis home.
